Rulebook

FairX is a DCM registered with the CFTC that has self-regulatory responsibilities and maintains its own set of rules.

FairX was established to provide a fair and equitable marketplace.  As a CFTC registered designated contract market, the Exchange must maintain and enforce rules intended to protect the market and it is important that all market participants understand and comply with the Rules.
